Course Enroll Procedures
You select the Course part you want to take and follow the steps below:
Step 1: Then click on the “Enroll Now” button
Step2: Then it takes you to next page where you click on “Take this Paper” (Button) and this page will show you the outlines of chapters, subjects and topics that are covered in the part you want to enroll by clicking expand” you cannot access the details until you have paid by following the steps below
Step3: It will take to the Cart page which will show the course paper part you have selected, select “Process checkout” In case the cart page is empty, go back one step and click on “Take this paper (Button) again.
You can add another course part by clicking “Continue shopping button” and go through the same cycle above and it will be added to an earlier selected one.
Or you can Cancel the course by clicking on the X sign above or beside the part you want to cancel
Step 4: Having gone through step3, you will taken to the billing page where you fill-in your details
Make sure the you fill-in where there is red star* and also make sure your email is correct and also tick on the box beside “ I have read and agree to the website for terms and conditions… And click on the “Place an order” button to go to the last page
Step 5: The last page will show the summary of your personal details, you can still change them at this time if you made a mistake. If there are no mistake click on the “Continue“ button.
Then choose the payment method by click on the Mobile phone icon if you are paying by Mobile money or select Card if you are using a bank debit card.
Select Uganda instead of Kenya
It will display both Aitel and MTN logo icons, select where you many is based by click on one of the icons.
Enter the mobile number beside +256 e.g 773245…
Tick on the Box I agree to DPO’s terms and conditions and Click pay via mobile
You will be prompted for OTP (One Time Password) which will be sent to your phone as SMS and you enter it in the space provided on your screen.
Having entered the OTP, you then be prompted for a PIN on your smartphone and money will be deducted from your phone and you will be enrolled.
Step 6: You will see a receipt of your payment on your phone and it will also be sent to your mobile and a username and a link to create a password will be sent to your email.
To access the course, you enrolled for, first login at https://uvc.ug/my-account
